Shipping policy

Canada:

Standard Shipping: Thin and light items are sent through letter mail which tracking is not provided. Thicker items, and most likely all clothing bundles will also be sent with standard shipping where tracking is provided. All standard shipping Items estimated arrive time is around 7 business days throughout Canada.

Expedited Shipping:  Items that are not considered thin will be sent in a prepaid shipping envelope or national box depending on your location. These arrive in 3-7 business days.

 

USA:

Standard Shipping: Packages to the US are sent as small packet through standard shipping most of the time, which do not come with tracking. To ensure proof of shipment, every buyer is sent a photo of their item when it has been stamped at the post office. Packages to the US take on average 7-10 business days to arrive.

Expedited Shipping: Tracking is available with expedited shipping. Packages have an estimated arrive time of 3-4 days with this method.

International:

Standard Shipping: International packages are sent as through air mail internationally, which do not come with tracking. To ensure proof of shipment, every buyer is sent a photo of their item when it has been stamped at the post office. International packages take on average 2-3 weeks for arrival.

Expedited Shipping: Tracking is available as expedited with tracking provided, although is more costly in contrast to small packet. Packages arrive within 1-2 weeks with this method of shipment.
